Who Are We ?

Business Partner is a Business and Debt Management Consulting Firm established in September 2009.

The company was set up by Paul Cunningham and Antoinette Dunne both of whom held senior Executive Management Roles with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) for a number of years. (see About Us Section).

A key focus of the service proposition is to provide Practical, Commercial, Timely and Relevant advice / opinions to Small, Medium and Large enterprises as well as to Individual Business Owners across a wide breath of sectors including Property, Hospitality, Wholesale, Distribution, Retail and Services.

Business Partner also provide ‘diagnostic and doctoring’ services to many Banks to supplement their work-out plans with various customers. This can be in relation to specific assets and debt or indeed across a portfolio of customer assets. Banks have also referred our services to their clients. In these instances Business Partner will work on the instruction of the client(s) for a variety of purposes such as (i) reviewing and challenging business plans,(ii) assisting in restructuring debt (iii) act as communication bridge with Banks and NAMA and in some instances General Management and Change advices.

Business Partner also act as Property Asset Managers as instructed by Banks or Receivers. The Business has a wide network / affiliation with specific industry professionals and can provide Asset Management services involving expertise in Legal, Banking, Planning & Design, Taxation, Operational Building Management together with Construction & Development.
