Paul Cunningham
  • As a Director of Business Partner Paul has worked with Financial Institutions, Business Owners and their Senior Teams on a number of specific assignments in relation to Commercial Debt, Business Restructuring, Expert Witness Statements and General Management Direction and Support.
  • Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
  • Paul worked for Bank of Scotland (Ireland) for 13 years, he was Head of Banking for the last 5 years until he left in September 2009
  • In this role Paul had line responsibility for over €21bn of Assets and 450 Colleagues
  • Paul had overall responsibility for Leading the Property, Trading & Commercial Banking, Regional Banking and Wealth Management Businesses within the Bank
  • During his time with the Bank Paul Helped Establish and grow the BoSI Corporate Business and refocused and restructured the Venture Capital Business
  • In recent months prior to his departure he established the Business Recovery Unit within BoSI which identified and worked on distressed and high risk cases
  • Paul was a Board Director for 5 Subsidiary Companies of BoSI and he was an Ex Member of the Internal Board (Executive Committee) of BoSI

  • Antoinette has just completed a 10 month assignment with Irish Nationwide Building Society as Executive in charge of the Retail (savings and mortgage) Business. On behalf of INBS Antoinette led the programme which implemented the transfer of the Deposit book to Irish Life and Permanent.
  • Antoinette is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants
  • Prior to leaving in July 2009 Antoinette was Head of Halifax in Ireland, Bank of Scotland Homeloans, BoSI Asset Finance and Head of Marketing and Product Development for BoSI
  • In this role Antoinette had line responsibility for over €10bn of Assets and 850 Colleagues
  • Antoinette worked for the Bank of Scotland Group for over 20 years and in previous Senior Roles she led the BoSI Programme which introduced / launched the Halifax Retail Bank to Ireland, headed up BoSI Strategy and Change Divisions and has had overseas Experience with BoS in the UK and Australia
  • Antoinette has extensive General Management Experience in roles such as Head of Programmes & Planning as well as Head of Risk and Internal Audit
  • Prior to heading up the Halifax and Intermediary businesses Antoinette worked in the Business Banking Side of BoSI as Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Regional Banking Business
  • Antoinette was a Board Director of 8 Subsidiary Companies of BoSI and was a Member of the Internal Board (Executive Committee) of BoSI
 

 

 

Between them Paul and Antoinette have extensive Leadership and Commercial Experience. They have both built and led businesses taking responsibility for hundreds of colleagues, multi million Euro assets, costs, income and profit targets. They have worked across 32 counties and many industry sectors and have seen hundreds of business plans and business models in their time. They see an opportunity to apply their commercial skills and banking experience and knowledge in a practical way to all SME’s, Private Individuals and Banks / NAMA in a relevant and ‘hands on’ way.
