The Principals of Business Partner have significant experience in Leading and Directing large business units against tough objectives and financial targets.

 

This hands-on experience has provided a strong grounding in operational general management and as a result the business has been engaged to work with CEO's / MD's of SME's to provide the following advice and services:

  • Full time assignment for defined period of time to work with organisation on the ground in a General Management role.
  • Review of corporate structure and governance and provision of recommendations to strengthen and enhance operations
  • Review of Business Operating Models to ensure they continue to be fit for purpose in today's environment
  • Assistance in the implementation of change management programs by providing:
    • program governance
    • steering committee input / direction
    • monitoring and challenging the program plan
    • ensuring focus of senior team on delivery, communication and benefits realisation
