Commercial Debt Solutions



This is a core area for Business Partner and can be broken down into two main services as follows:

  • Review of Banking Relationships
  • Workout Solutions

 

In Reviewing Banking relationships Business Partner can be engaged by the Bank or by the Borrower and this can involve a full analysis of:

  • Full suite of banking facilities, cost, structure, security for debt, performance against terms and conditions and covenants
  • History of performance and future viability of the business together with communication from both sides. Are both parties actively engaged in the relationship? Is up to date and accurate information flowing between both parties and is there a mutual understanding of the key objectives of both parties?

 

On the Workout side Business Partner will work with both the Bank and the Borrower to review and make recommendations with regard to the following:

  • Full history of performance of security, sustainability and level of income produced by the asset together with current market value
  • Produce potential workout solutions which could involve exit, restructuring finance, mothballing the asset and /or debt/equity changes
