Engagements have included Full Review of Business Operations and assistance in production of 3 - 5 year Business Plans to be used by the Business to:

  • Focus the Senior Team to adjust their operating model and objectives for their business going forward; this may sometimes require a change of direction or confirmation of original strategies and plans.
  • Give clarity around financial assumptions and projections together with associated cashflows.
  • Provide detail to Major Stakeholders on the overall Business Strategy and Projected Performance.
