Business Partner in conjunction with a Group of Industry Professionals have formed Sustain, a Property Asset Management Company.

This Company works with Banks and Receivers to provide ongoing commercial management of specific property assets and / or portfolios with a view to securing them, maintaining and over time enhancing value.

Sustain provides the following solutions:

Legal:Review of all legal documentation, lease agreements, and ongoing provision of legal services in the management of the asset.

Taxation: Review of taxation documentation and history as well as ongoing provision of taxation services in the management of the asset.

Planning & Design: Review of current use together with opportunities for enhancement of income and asset value via change in planning.

Operational Asset Mgt: Sustain can provide full operational management services for all building types including residential, commercial office and mixed use developments. We have access to a wide range of service providers from small to large operators and engagement will be asset specific.

Construction & Development: We can also provide access to construction services for assets that are partially complete and will work with the owners to finish the Development to enhance value.
