Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He has over 20 years business, corporate and real estate banking experience in Ireland.
Paul engages on a bespoke and confidential basis on assignments for both institutional lenders/funds, business proprietors and debtors across a wide range of asset classes – SME’s in Hotel, Pub, Medical, Property, Legal, Charity, Food and Manufacturing sectors as well as Professional practitioners.
Paul has assisted many businesses since 2009 in the successful resolution of their commercial debt facilities through advisory, restructuring and refinancing outcomes. These have ranged in size from €1million to €50million, single asset exposures to complex multi-asset multi-banked syndicated facilities
Paul has extensive working experience and knowledge of commercial loan agreement documentation and an extensive network of contacts in the banking, special servicing and private equity markets in Ireland.
